Perks Fulfillment Terms & Conditions:

  • Check to make sure your address is correct as we only ship Perks once. We rely on influencers to provide accurate addresses and Klout cannot be held responsible for unusable shipping addresses.

  • Perks are only valid in eligible locations. For Perks available to Klout users in only certain locations, we will only ship to addresses in that location.

  •  All Perks are delivered “as-is” and “with all faults.”  We are not responsible or liable for human or mechanical errors that tamper with or delay the delivery of your Perks, or for any damage to Perks during shipping or otherwise.

  •  Klout and the brands we partner with can not be held liable for packages that are lost in transit. 

  • Perks are sent to you only once. Klout will not resend Perks because of incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Perks might or might not be sent with package tracking information. The majority of Perks are sent via USPS Parcel Post, which does not include tracking.

  • Klout reserves the right to review and cancel delivery of Perks to any Klout user.

  • Only one (1) of any individual Perk may be claimed per household.

  • Perks, and your use of Klout’s services, are subject to (and these Perk Fulfillment Terms & Conditions are hereby incorporated into) Klout’s Terms of Service located at www.klout.com/corp/terms.
