If you're stuck on a blank page or redirecting, does your URL read "http://klout.com/#/nux/" or something similar? If so, just add a zero at the end so that the URL reads "http://klout.com/#/nux/0". This should fix the problem. If not, try clearing your cookies, cache, and browser history.
If you're seeing a fail snail, this means we're having some technical issues. You should be able to access Klout again within an hour.
