Why can’t I log in to my account?
Our iPhone app uses login functionality provided by Twitter and Facebook, so if either of these services are experiencing problems your ability to log in might be impacted. Please wait a moment then try again.
If you are having trouble logging in with your Twitter account, your Twitter credentials may have been corrupted in your settings. Try going to Settings app on your Iphone, scroll down and tap "Twitter," then tap your Twitter handle, then tap the "Delete Account" button. Once deleted, tap "Add Account" on the former screen, and re-enter your Twitter handle and password. Once the credentials are accepted in the Settings app, terminate the Klout app and restart it. To terminate the Klout app, double-tap the physical home button, find Klout in the horizontal set of icons on the bottom, press your finger on the Klout icon and hold it down until the icon shakes and displays a red minus sign, then tap the minus sign. Relaunching Klout after that should do the trick!
