The app froze, how do I reset it?

You can reset the Klout app by double-tapping the iPhone’s home button to open your recently used applications. Tap and hold the Klout app icon until the icon "wiggles". Tap the "minus" icon located in the corner of the Klout app icon.  This will shut down the Klout app.  Now tap the home button on your iPhone again.  You're all set!
