If you are getting the error, "Sorry, something went wrong" when trying to connect to Facebook, the reason you may be seeing this error message is because you may have blocked the Klout Facebook application on your Facebook settings. In order to resolve this:

 

- Please go to your Facebook account on Facebook.com

- Go to the upper right-hand corner where the arrow is located and select "privacy settings" from the drop-down menu.

- Scroll to the bottom of the page where "Blocked people and apps" is located and click the link "manage blocking"

- Scroll to the bottom where "blocked apps" is located and click "unblock" next to "Klout."
