If you accidentally added a topic to your own page, don't worry, you can remove it by clicking the "x" next to the topic.
If you accidentally added a topic to another user's page, you cannot remove it for them, only the user has the ability to remove the topic if they choose to do so. A user can remove the topic by clicking the "x" next to the topic.
