If you connected your account to the wrong Twitter handle, you can easily disconnect your connection by clicking the "unlink" button next to Twitter, only if you are connected to your Facebook profile as well. The reason for this is because you will need to have either a Facebook profile or Twitter account as the basis of your account.
If you are not connected to your Facebook profile, the ability to unlink your Twitter handle will not exist unfortunately.
